Product return
We will fax the appraisal report soft copy and mail out the hard copy by the second day after viewing the property. That is a two-day turnaround from when the property was inspected.

If you have Internet access, we can e-mail the complete appraisal report to you rather than send by fax and "snail mail." You can print as many copies as you may need, at your convenience, from the second day after the property was inspected.

We carry "errors and omissions" and general liability insurance. We use digital photographs for better presentation of our reports.
